Follow 3 simple steps below to redeem free products
1. Collect 10 barcodes on the bag.
2. Please mail together with your name and contact number to the following address (Registered Mail is recommended to avoid lost)

3. Upon receiving the barcodes, we will contact you by phone within 7 working days for product redeem confirmation.
You can choose to receive the natural dry food or cat litter in one of the following ways:
1) Can be picked up at our office during office hours (Monday to Friday; 9:30-13:00 and 14:00-18:00) (please call and book an appointment ahead)
2) Arrange transportation to deliver natural dry food or cat litter to your designated address (except restricted areas and outlying islands) Shipping fee is HK$30.
